About Mottram Motor Garage

Dave Mottram opened the garage in 1998 with two ramps and a second-hand tyre machine. The idea was simple: tell people the truth about their car, charge a fair price, and they'll come back.

Nearly thirty years later we have six ramps, a DVSA-approved MOT bay, our own tyre and alignment equipment and a team of qualified technicians. A lot of our customers are the children of our first customers, which we take as a good sign.

We work on every make of car, from ten-year-old runarounds to the newest electric models. What hasn't changed is how we do it — we'll show you the worn part, explain what it does, and let you decide.
